Staffs are always friendly. Very good location to visit football stadium. The fact that the room has kitchen so you can make small meal or coffee.Good Internet connection. Some room are very small but acceptable for my purpose(busines). The room structure are vary and some room has very small bed, some room has a bigger bed (both for 1-2 person), some room has bath tub, some has only shower.
Lack of flexibility of check-in time. One can check-in only after 3pm and when I went to the reception at 2.30 pm there are 8-9 people waiting, there are only 3 sofa so some are standing or sitting on the floor. I heard staffs are chatting behind shutter so they are already there but they don't mind leave customers waiting in this states. Plus since many people try to check in at the same time, you wait a lot before checking in if you are not at the beginning of queue. There seems to be strickt policy of not serving before 3pm, which is annoying and also pitty, as once the reception is open , staffs are really nice and there are many nice things about here.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Bordeaux that offered great value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the good facilities provided. The rooms were spacious and had a very big window, allowing for a great view of the surrounding area. The hotel also had a good Nespresso coffee machine which was a nice touch. The location was convenient, with a nearby tram stop only a few minutes' walk away. It was also close to downtown, making it easy to explore the city.
Everything was spot on, nothing to complain about.
